TERMS OF SERVICE — REVERIE COLLECTION

Billing Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. By subscribing you authorize Floral Grounds to charge your payment method on file each month until you cancel. You will receive an email confirmation each time your subscription renews.

Order Deadline New subscribers must place their order by the first Saturday of the month to be included in that month's pickup or delivery cycle. Subscriptions placed after that deadline will begin the following month.

Pickup and Delivery Pickup and delivery are available the third Saturday of each month from 8:30 to 11:00am. Floral Grounds is not responsible for arrangements that are not collected during the pickup window or for arrangements left unattended after delivery.

Cancellations and Changes All cancellations, pauses, address updates, and billing changes must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date to take effect that cycle. Changes submitted after that window will be honored the following month. Cancellations can be managed directly through your customer portal.

Refunds All sales are final. Floral Grounds does not offer refunds on subscription charges. If your arrangement arrives damaged, contact us at inquiry@floralgrounds.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right at our discretion.

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Arrangements Floral Grounds takes great care in the design and handling of every arrangement. Because flowers are a perishable product, we are not responsible for arrangements once they have been delivered or picked up. If you have a concern, please reach out within 24 hours.

Designer's Choice All Reverie Collection arrangements are designer's choice. Floral Grounds selects blooms, palettes, and design based on seasonal availability and creative direction. Arrangements will vary month to month. Photos shown are examples only.

Military Delivery Complimentary delivery is available to active duty service members, veterans, and military spouses. Eligibility is verified by Floral Grounds after checkout. Floral Grounds reserves the right to verify military status and may request documentation if needed.

Gifted Subscriptions Gifted subscriptions are subject to the same terms as standard subscriptions. The purchasing party is responsible for all charges associated with the gifted subscription.

Pricing Floral Grounds reserves the right to update subscription pricing at any time. Subscribers will be notified via email at least 14 days before any pricing change takes effect. Continued subscription after that date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Add-Ons Delivery and vessel and arranging service add-ons are billed monthly alongside your subscription. Add-ons are subject to the same cancellation and change policy as your base subscription. Add-ons may be added or removed through your customer portal or by emailing inquiry@floralgrounds.com at least 7 days before your next billing date.

Delivery Area Delivery is currently available within the Huntsville and Madison, Alabama area only. If you move outside the delivery zone, it is your responsibility to update your subscription to pickup or cancel. Floral Grounds is not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or out-of-zone address.

Missed Pickup If you are unable to pick up your arrangement during the designated pickup window, your arrangement will not be held or rescheduled. Missed pickups are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Subscription Pause Subscriptions may be paused for up to one month at a time. Pause requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date through your customer portal. Pauses beyond one month will require cancellation and a new subscription upon return.

Privacy Customer information collected at checkout and through subscription forms is used solely to fulfill your Reverie Collection subscription. Floral Grounds does not sell, share, or distribute personal information to third parties.
