Every arrangement includes a monthly affirmation card with a QR code linking to that month's curated playlist on Spotify and Apple Music, and a personal postcard from Paola. Same ritual, new moment, every time.

All Reverie Collection arrangements are designer's choice ā meaning Paola selects the blooms, palette, and design based on the season and her creative direction. The third Saturday of each month from 8:30 to 11:00am. You will get a confirmation email with pickup location details or a heads up when your delivery is on its way.

Delivery is an optional add-on for $15/month ā just add it at checkout. Pickup is always free. Military subscribers receive complimentary delivery ā add the Service Member Delivery option to your cart at checkout and we will verify and apply it before your first delivery date.

A $25/month add-on where we provide a curated vessel and arrange your blooms for you on the spot. Add it at checkout or email inquiry@floralgrounds.com to add it to your next cycle. Prefer to arrange them yourself? No worries ā all arrangements arrive beautifully wrapped in Floral Grounds signature wrapping paper, ready for you to make them your own.

You are always in control. Log into your customer portal to manage your subscription ā update your billing info, change your delivery address, view active subscriptions and orders, or cancel anytime. Just make sure any changes are submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date to take effect that cycle. Changes made after that window will be honored the following month.

Yes and it is a really good one. Simply purchase a subscription and enter your recipient's information at checkout. They will be all set for their first third Saturday delivery or pickup.

No problem ā just log into your customer portal and update your delivery address there. Make sure changes are submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date so we have it in time for your next delivery.

If no one is home, your arrangement will be left in a shaded, covered area at your door in a water source to keep your blooms fresh. Floral Grounds is not responsible for arrangements once they have been delivered. If you have a preferred drop spot, note it in the special instructions field at checkout.
